We recommend you explore the "business" and "consumer" sections of our site first, and also the "about us" section. These sections will help bring you up to speed quickly, and give you a better idea of what BFC is all about ... and whether you want to be part of what we do. 
And your understanding of what we do (and why) will be an important factor in your personal interview.
THE APPLICATION PROCESS: The first step, of course, is successful completion of our Pre-Employment Test, which is a written test that evaluates your basic business skills.  After you have passed our Pre-Employment Test, we will notify you and e-mail you an online Application Form, usually within a few days. 
Following our review of your Application, we will send you our Communication Skills Test by e-mail. This Test is an oral "role-playing" exercise conducted during an informal interview with a member of our Management Team, and will help us evaluate your potential for a successful career with BFC. 
This test includes a script similar to what is used by our telemarketing personnel on a daily basis, and will be a key factor in our final hiring decision. You will be given at least five days to study and practice this script before your interview is scheduled. If possible, we strongly suggest practicing this script aloud with a friend or family member, OR with a tape recorder. 
Upon completion of your personal interview, we will usually be able to tell you immediately whether or not your Application has been approved. Sometimes a second interview may be required.  Once you're approved, there is the usual paperwork, which may take a few days. However, you can begin our training program immediately. 
Please rest assured that we make every effort to process all applications quickly at every stage of the application process. If for any reason your application is not approved, we will let you know promptly ... and we will tell you why, frankly and honestly. We won't leave you sitting "on hold" wondering what happened.
